Current Temperature for Amherstburg

Dogs do not sweat. Hot weather can be fatal for them. Never leave your dog in the car on a hot day, even for a few minutes. Temperatures can soar very quickly. Make sure your dog has plenty of shade in the yard. Provide fresh water to keep your dog well hydrated at all times. FYI:  Did you know that dogs absorb water through the skin? A small investment in a plastic kiddies pool will give your dog hours of fun and allow him to keep hydrated on a hot day.
